I bought this raincoat because I really liked the way it looked and I was expecting a bit more for the price, but after wearing it a few times the fabric felt thinner than I thought it would and then I noticed one of the seams starting to look a little loose, so while it’s not awful and I’ll probably still use it here and there, it just doesn’t feel like the quality I was hoping for.

The shoes themselves were nice, but the return process was a bit of a hassle. I’ve returned items from other stores before and usually it’s straightforward, so I was surprised by how unclear the instructions were here. It also took longer than I expected to hear anything back. I did get my refund in the end, but the whole experience definitely made me think twice about ordering again.
